How to find a catchment in Placemaker

Your saved catchments are stored in the Catchments list on the Placemaker home screen. This guide explains how to find and open a catchment.

Steps

  1. Go to the home screen: Navigate to app.id.com.au. Your saved catchments appear in the Catchments list.
  2. Find your catchment: Scroll through the list to find the catchment you are looking for. Catchments are listed in the order they were last updated.
  3. Open the catchment: Click the catchment name to open the Insights page for that catchment.

What to Expect

The Insights page will load showing population and dwelling forecast data for the selected catchment.

Troubleshooting

Catchment not appearing in the list: Check you are logged in to the correct account. Catchments are saved to your organisational account and may have been created by another user.
