The support team responds during business hours AEST, within the timeframe set out in your contract.

If you have not already, search the Placemaker knowledge base before reaching out. You may find a faster answer.

How Informed Decisions prioritises issues

 
Issue type How it is treated
Data is incorrect  Treated as critical. Addressed as a priority.
Bug that blocks your work Rectified within a short period
Bug that does not block your work, or a product preference Prioritised in a future release.

Reporting a bug

When reporting a bug, include as much detail as you can. We appreciate the following context:

  • What happened
  • What you expected to happen
  • The steps to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots or a screen recording to demonstrate what is happening (optional)

Sharing feedback or an improvement idea

When sharing feedback or a suggestion, please include:

  • What you are trying to achieve
  • What is getting in your way
  • How you are handling it today
  • How often it comes up
  • What would change if it were solved

Feedback from customers directly shapes the product roadmap.
